Šibenik, December 21st, 2024 – Young captain Filip Stančić and Lastavica Cruising were awarded the prestigious “Zlatna Boula” award yesterday, the annual recognition of the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board, which is awarded to an individual or group for exceptional contribution in the field of marketing activities in tourism. This award recognizes their efforts in improving nautical tourism and promoting the region as a desirable destination for all lovers of the sea and sailing.
“Zlatna boula” aims to motivate the private and public sector in tourism to improve the quality of destination promotion, introduce innovations as well as create and develop new tourist products. The award included as many as 16 categories, and the award for Lastavica Cruising stands out as a recognition of innovation and dedication to excellence in the nautical tourism sector.
At the awards ceremony, which was held in the presence of numerous representatives of tourist boards and employees, the awards were presented by the director of the Šibenik-Knin County Tourist Board, mr. sc. Krešimir Šakić and the prefect dr. sc. Marko Jelić, also the president of the county Tourist Board.
Lastavica Cruising and captain Filip Stančić continue to sail towards new successes, inspiring others to raise the bar of quality in nautical tourism and the promotion of the Šibenik-Knin County.
