The superyacht Reposado, which ran aground in Zavala, Hvar, in the early hours of today, was successfully towed away without significant damage by the tugboat Hrabri.
“All services responded quickly. We didn’t run aground, luckily. There was no material damage and no injuries. We all reacted quickly,” said Antonio Ivanišević, owner of Tramontana Yachts. He thanked all his fellow members of the Croatian Association of Private Boat Owners who provided him with support and made themselves available: “It is an honor and a great pleasure for me to live where I live and work with the people I work with. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, personally and on behalf of the entire Reposado team,” said Ivanišević.
Let us recall that the 52-meter long Croatian luxury superyacht Reposado, from the Tramontana Yachts fleet, triumphed in early June at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2025, held at the famous Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, winning the award for best design in the Sailing Yacht category.
This exceptional recognition celebrates not only the ship, but also a whole range of institutions, experts and visionaries who have contributed a part of themselves to this project through their work – from the Croatian Register of Shipping and port authorities, to local designers, engineers and all the craftsmen who breathed life into Reposad. The award, as Tramontana points out, is a collective achievement and a strong confirmation that Croatian shipbuilding has something to say and show on the world stage.
After a short check, Reposado will continue with the planned route along the Adriatic. Thanks to the quick reaction and professionalism of the crew and services, the incident was concluded without consequences or major delays.
