According to a report by the Croatian National Tourist Board, nautical tourism in the Dubrovnik area is growing compared to last year.
Figures for nautical tourism until July 31, 2025, for the Dubrovnik Tourist Board area, show a slight increase compared to the same period last year.
Namely, in July this year, there were 8,581 arrivals, which is 4 percent more than in the same month last year. There were also 61,275 overnight stays, which is 1 percent more than in July 2024. 2024. In July, the most frequent visitors were Americans and British. They were followed by guests from Australia, France, and Spain. There were also our fellow Croatians, but also tourists from as far away as South Africa and New Zealand.
As for the cumulative number, in the first seven months of this year, nautical tourism recorded 23,591 arrivals. This is 7 percent more than in the same period last year. Overnight stays are also on the rise, with 154,069 overnight stays representing a 5 percent increase.
