This season of nautical tourism also started with the publication of incorrect information related to the way of docking and mooring our ships, which is why we want to clearly state the facts and clarify the situation.<\/p>\n\n

Docking at private jetty and safety assessment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Our shippers always act professionally and responsibly. The safety of guests and vessels is carefully assessed during each docking. In the latest case mentioned in the media, a private pier was chosen, taking into account the safety of all participants and environmental protection. Docking was done in a way that does not endanger lives, property, or nature and is fully in accordance with the Ordinance on the Safety of Maritime Navigation.<\/p>\n\n

Tying to vegetation – what the Ordinance says<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

According to current regulations, mooring to vegetation on the coast is not allowed only if it damages the vegetation.<\/p>\n\n

The regulation clearly states:<\/p>\n\n

“Boats are prohibited from mooring in such a way as to damage the vegetation on the coast.”This means that mooring is not prohibited if the vegetation is not damaged. In the above situation, it is clearly visible from the attached photographs that the tree is not damaged or endangered in any way.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Compliance with regulations and environmental protection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Our shipowners consistently comply with all applicable regulations, with special attention to safety, environmental protection, and the smooth running of maritime traffic. The ship is moored carefully, without any damage to the vegetation or the shore, in accordance with Article 53. Regulations on Maritime Navigation Safety.<\/p>\n\n

We reject all claims of breaking the law or endangering the environment. Docking and mooring were done professionally, safely and in accordance with the rules and applicable regulations, without damage to vegetation or other omissions.<\/p>\n\n
