Rije\u010d je o privatnoj platformi koja nema zakonski temelj, a upis u isti nije zakonska obveza.  <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An inspection of the publicly available data and content of the website <a href=\"https:\/\/turistickiregistar.com\/hr\/\">https:\/\/turistickiregistar.com\/hr\/<\/a> determined that the private company Turist reg j.d.o.o. is behind the mentioned platform, with which the Ministry of Tourism and Sports is in no way connected.<br\/>Although the platform&#8217;s pages state that registration in the register in question is not a legal obligation nor is it an official register of the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia, renters are sent invitations to register for a fee, which may create the wrong impression that this is a binding or official record.<br\/>The Ministry therefore emphasizes that this is not an official register, that registration is not a legal obligation, and that landlords are not required to make a payment or submit their registration information.<br\/>In the event of receiving such calls or payment slips, renters are advised not to make a payment or provide their information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iZVOR: MINT Ministarstvo turizma i sporta na svojoj je internetskoj stranici objavilo da nije sudjelovalo u dostavi poziva i uplatnica za upis u tzv. \u201eTuristi\u010dki registar\u201c, niti je takav registar izdalo ili uspostavilo bilo koje nadle\u017eno tijelo Republike Hrvatske.
