The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show will take place from September 28 to October 1, 2026, at the West Coast in Split. As the only Croatian B2B trade show dedicated to yacht chartering, it will bring together international charter brokers, yachts, and companies from the yachting industry; the organizers expect around 250 brokers from Croatia and abroad by the time registration closes.
Split will at the very end of summer, from September 28 to October 1 …once again become an essential hub for luxury nautical tourism. The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show—the only B2B trade fair of its kind in Croatia, organized by the Croatian Yachting Association (CRO.Y.A.)—brings together leading international charter brokers, yachting professionals, and associations on Split’s West Coast to showcase the best charter offerings on the Adriatic. In addition to vessels and charter brokers, the fair gathers domestic and international exhibitors from the yachting industry whose products and services support yachts and their operations.
Due to the great interest, the duration of the fair was increased from three to four days this year, so that brokers would have enough time to inspect as many vessels as possible. Applications for the B2B segment are open and will arrive every day until September 22, 2026. 2024. To date, over 180 charter brokers from more than 16 countries of the world (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Gibraltar, Spain, France, Monaco, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey) have been registered, and by the end of registration, the number is expected to reach last year’s level of around 250 participants.
People, service, and the local economy take center stage.
In addition to boat viewings and educational lectures for industry professionals, the fair features exciting competitions where crew members can showcase their skills. The centerpiece culinary event is the “DROPS OF GOLD” Chef’s Competition, which highlights olive oil as the star ingredient in every dish; this is complemented by contests in table setting and mixology, as well as a flavored water preparation competition that emphasizes environmental sustainability and the elimination of single-use plastics.
In addition to the on-water vessel display, CROYA will once again bring together numerous domestic and international companies whose products and services form a vital part of the yachting industry infrastructure—supporting yachts and their crews in their daily operations and enabling them to provide top-tier charter services to their guests.
“For years, Croatia has been renowned as one of the world’s most desirable nautical destinations; however, through the CRO.Y.A. association and this show, we want to demonstrate that we can offer far more than just natural beauty. The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show is our most ambitious to date. Our goal is to bring together the entire ecosystem—from vessel owners and top-tier crews to local manufacturers and service providers—and show global charter brokers that Croatia offers a comprehensive, highly professional, and premium service of the highest standard,” said Stipe Petričević, President of the CRO.Y.A. association, while announcing the event.
A blend of tradition, business, and the promotion of Croatia.
The organizers highlight that, over the four days of the show, charter brokers will have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the yachts on display, meet their captains and crews, and firsthand assess the experience they can offer their clients. The business program will be complemented by evening events in Split and the popular “Yacht Hop” gatherings—informal social events on board that provide brokers and crews with an additional opportunity to network in a more relaxed setting. To ensure foreign charter brokers gain an even more comprehensive impression of Croatia as a luxury charter destination, some yachts will organize “fam trips” (familiarization trips) after the show; these coastal journeys allow brokers to experience the destinations, local culture, and gastronomy firsthand, as well as the experience of life on board, which they can then present to their clients.
“The boats are a draw, but it is the people and top-notch service that keep clients coming back. CROYA was born out of enthusiasm and the need for the profession to have a unified voice, and the trade show is our most important tool for generating new value for the entire Croatian economy. By connecting domestic exhibitors with leading international charter brokers, yachting professionals, and associations, we ensure that capital remains in Croatia and that our country participates on equal footing in the Mediterranean market. We are delighted by the positive reactions and are confident that a four-day industry gathering awaits us in Split,” added Petričević.
The CROYA Yacht Charter Show is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia. Partners in the implementation of this year’s CROYA are the Croatian National Tourist Board, the City of Split, the Tourist Board of the City of Split, the Tourist Board of the Split-Dalmatia County, the Port Authority of the Split-Dalmatia County and the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
