Nezaboravni izleti ispunjeni veseljem
“We were welcomed with wonderful support and wonderful emotions”, “There were precious moments that will remain memories forever”, “We enjoyed the ride and hanging out on a beautiful ship”, “We are lucky that there are such great people with big hearts who gave us a great experience”, “Magic happened, children, parents and volunteers did not take their smiles off their faces”,are just some of the messages of thanks toward the captains, members of the Croatian Association of Private Shipowners who this summer hosted users, residents and their leaders of the Slava Raškaj Split Center, the “Fra Ante Sekelez” Rehabilitation Center, the Heart Split Association, the Down Syndrome Association – 21 from Split, the Brački Pupljci Association, the Moje Dijete Solin Association, and the Center for Community Services ” MIR”, Monastery of St. Rafaela from Solin, the association of parents and children of people with disabilities Sritna dica- sritni ljudi from Seget Donji, the Association for Autism Split, the Association for Inclusion Lastavica and the Association for Parents of Children with Special Needs Prijatelj from Omiš.
In this wonderful initiative and organization of gift trips for many children, 15 boats of small shippers were involved; Anthea, Adriatic King, Le Cordea, Black Swan, Kleopatra, Allure E, Mali Ante, Rara Avis, Tuna, Delija, Lopar, Lady Gita, Melody, Alfa Mario and Solaris of our captains Ante Rakuljić, Boris Bakija, Tomislav Ercegović, Tomislav Šelendić , Mate Grubiša, Denis Grubiša, Rene Jurina, Časlav Reljić, Nikola Klarić, Šime Kapić, Marin Bilić, Antonija Ković, Pave Šerko, Dražena Ercegović and Ante Vuković.
In one-day trips, the children sailed with their boat leaders in a happy atmosphere, singing the whole way to Brač, spent a nice time in the sun as well as exploring the beautiful places on Brač.
Our boatmen are happily waiting for the new season and new gatherings.
