At yesterday’s session, the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted the Proposal for a Decision on the allocation of funds for the project of reconstruction and modernization of the ŽC6142 Podstrana – Žrnovnica – Tugare road in the Split-Dalmatia County.
The Government of the Republic of Croatia, by its adopted Decision, supports the implementation of the Project for the Reconstruction of the Podstrana – Žrnovnica – Tugare County Road, in the Split-Dalmatia County, since the road in question is important for the quality road connection of the City of Split with the eastern part of that County, including the City of Omiš, Dugi Rat and Podstrana.
The total length of infrastructure works on this section of the county road is 5.2 kilometers and the total value is 13.2 million euros (including VAT). Of the total value of the works, 10 million euros will be provided by the adopted Decision from the State Budget, for which purpose the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure will sign a Co-financing Agreement with the County Road Administration of the Split-Dalmatia County, based on which mutual obligations, the method of allocation, expenditure and control of the allocated funds from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for the implementation of this Project will be regulated in detail, after which the works are expected to begin soon.
