Butković allocates over 16 million euros for the reconstruction of the port

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure Oleg Butković will award contracts on Friday for co-financing a total of 67 port infrastructure and maritime domain projects in the area of ​​seven coastal and island counties – Istria, Primorje-Gorski Kotar, Lika-Senj, Zadar, Šibenik-Knin, Split-Dalmatia and Dubrovnik-Neretva counties.


Contracts for co-financing port infrastructure, i.e. construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction projects of infrastructure facilities in ports open to public traffic of county and local importance, will be awarded to the directors of 14 county port authorities, while contracts for construction, rehabilitation and reconstruction projects of maritime property in general use will be awarded to 36 cities and municipalities.

The total value of the contract exceeds 16 million euros, and the funds are provided in the State Budget and are allocated each year as part of the investment cycle of renovation, construction and modernization of port infrastructure along the Croatian coast.
