To the sound of sirens, and accompanied by the raising of anchors and the casting off of lines, the third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show—the most program-rich to date—officially concluded today on Split’s West Coast.
Organized by the Croatian Yachting Association (CRO.Y.A.), the show once again confirmed over its four-day run that Croatia possesses the expertise, infrastructure, and offerings to rank at the very top of the global yacht charter industry.
The final day was dedicated to finalizing business agreements and sharing impressions; the event culminated in a reception organized in collaboration with CYBA, a US-based international association of independent yacht charter brokers. Nearly 250 international charter brokers and agents from over 16 countries are now departing Split, taking with them exceptional impressions of the quality of the Croatian fleet, the highly professional crews, and the extensive offerings presented by local exhibitors.
“As a member of the organizing committee, it is very difficult not to be biased, but we received truly, truly positive feedback from all the charter brokers, which is extremely important. Yacht owners are even more pleased, as many brokers visited their vessels throughout the event,” said Zlatko Vodanović, a member of the organizing committee and the CRO.Y.A. association, adding:
We also extend our sincere thanks to all our exhibitors, sponsors, and partners, whose hard work and excellent service on the West Coast elevated the entire fair to a premier level. Without their dedication and professionalism, we could not have created such a powerful networking platform. We are delighted to see that the effort invested is paying off in tangible business opportunities and that we are concluding the fair with a sense of shared success and a solid foundation for the upcoming season.
The exceptionally rich program—which over the past few days has included fleet viewings, B2B meetings, professional seminars, and competitions for chefs and crews—has once again demonstrated that the CROYA Yacht Charter Show is a key driver of new value creation within the Croatian nautical sector.
